In the workshop ‚my pause is political‘ we explore disobedient possibilities of pausing, self-care and care for each other. We pause as self-empowerment. We rest and refocus. We approach our bodies and needs with various sensory exercises. We learn about Care-Networks, Crip-Time and Spoon Theory and share what these practices can mean to us. We create anchoring objects from soothing scents, colors and surfaces and in the process spin tender presents and futures together.
