On September 26 Mohamed Al-Bakeri, Nika Timashkova, Romy Yedidia, myself and Dogo invite you to the Open Studio at the Alte Turnhalle Lichtensteig, with vegan hot dogs and cold drinks. We will offer insights into our toppics and processes that we are working on during our four-month residency. We engage with the body as such: from gendered norms and punishments in the textile History of the Toggenburg; to fractious compounds of feminine and nature; to navigating uncertain spaces while dealing with memory, displacement, disappearance and reappearance.
On September 28 and 29 I am inviting you to take a Super Pause at Rathaus für Kultur. Mix your own refreshing sound cocktail and relax daydreaming on soft seating and loungers. Saturday and Sunday from 12h to 15h.
From November 09 to 23 there will be the DOGO Totale at the Alte Turnhalle in Lichtensteig.
During this Exhibition all residents show, what works they have created here.
From December 11 to 15 the students of Kunsthochschule Kassel who finished their studies this year will show their work at documentaHalle. I will show there too.
